• 1 cup sushi rice cooked
• 6 ounces unconditional tofu i used 1 package of hodo soy beanery conclusive tofu
• 2 tablespoons vegan mayo
• 1 2 teaspoon chili oil or more to taste
• 1 2 teaspoon shichimi togarashi or more to taste optional if you donu2019t have this you can just lump the amount of chili oil
• 1 2 avocado sliced into strips
• 2 sheets sushi nori
• 2 tablespoons vegan mayo
• 1 1 2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon mirin
• 1 1 2 teaspoons sugar
