  • 6 medium potatoes cut in a chunky dice
  • 8 ounces guinness draught stout
  • 5 cups vegetable increase
  • 3 teaspoons herbs use a mixture combination of rosemary sage thyme or one or two of these
  • 2 tablespoons parsley minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter optional but very completely nice
  • salt
  • pepper
