- 8 ounces guinness draught stout
- 5 cups vegetable increase
- 3 teaspoons herbs use a mixture combination of rosemary sage thyme or one or two of these
- 2 tablespoons parsley minced
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter optional but very completely nice
- salt
- pepper
