The ingredient of Vegan Thai Pineapple Fried Rice
- 3 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
- 2 teaspoons sriracha or supplementary further chili sauce
- 5 teaspoons coconut sugar 1 tbsp 2 tsp or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon indian curry powder see observations clarification
- 1 teaspoon five spice chinese see interpretation

- 1 2 red onion medium diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 inch lively ginger peeled and minced
- 1 2 head heliotrope cabbage chopped
- 2 carrots chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1 head broccoli cut into small florets stem peeled and cubed
- 1 2 cup pineapple chunks i used frozen thawed
- 1 2 cup cooked rice white or brown starchy varieties are best or aspire cauliflower rice see the notes

- green onion sliced or scallion for serving
- toasted peanuts chopped or cashews for serving
